今天要跟大家分享的是我在我學校校區旁邊坐的周邊景物建築包含顏色與任何眼睛能看到的視覺表現.

這個是學校的assignment, 我覺得非常有趣. 因為做了這個 assignment observation 我才發現,

原來設計靈感可以從周邊景物周邊發生的事物去取得. 另外除了有文字描述外,

我還把看到的拍下來做成 moodboard 這個可以成為以後設計的靈感發現來源.

The observation took place at Sydney Road, Brunswic, Melbourne where many lively arts and designs can be found.

This road has many buildings with old European architecture buildings and street arts.

They are interesting design and artworks by local designs, street graffitis and coffee shops are fit with the aesthetics of the buildings

and create a unique atmosphere at this location.

There were some old security doors at some coffee shop that caught my eyes because the frame designs were simple and classic.

Some of them had elegant letters or used flowers as a part of the designs.

All of frames that I saw were in black and white, which I really like, because these colours are simple and elegant.

Another interesting point was the street art and eye-catching colours, which can be found on the walls around Sydney Road and they become a kind of unique style of public art.

I saw most of graffitis were green, blue and pink in it. Those design, colours and drawing can inspire other designers.

The final special feature of Sydney Road is the strong coffee culture. There were many cafes and each one had different themes.

Some were classic and others were simple and modern. The food and drinks were presented according to the themes of the café.

Therefore the key words of Sydney Road are creativity, freedom, classic, coffee culture, graffiti and European architecture.
